- Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Areas: Shipping in the United States. No shipping to international addresses.
- Tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Refurbished Aro Box sales are final and not eligible for returns.
- Return Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Aro box ships with four USB-C charging cables (compatible with iPhone 15 and newer models and Android). Cables are interchangeable so they be replaced or used with Lightning cables (compatible with iPhone 14 and older models).

Yes. The Aro box does not disable any of your phone's functionality. You will still hear it ring or vibrate. We like to say your phone is out of sight but not out of service.
